Amabiki san

First announcement for Amabiki-san hike on Saturday April 13th.
Amabiki-san is located slightly north of Mt. Tsukuba and is part of the ``Kanto Fureai no Michi''.

This is a car-based trip.
It will be a relatively easy walk of approx 3 hours duration.
We will start from the Iwase Station parking and head for Amabiki temple (Rakuhouji) through Ontake-san and Amabiki-san this time.
Hopefully we still able to enjoy sakura blooms.

What to bring

• walking shoes
• rain gear if you need
• lunch, water, snacks

Meeting point

• Meeting time is 8:30 am, NOT 8:00 at the parking lot next to the Tsukuba Center bus terminal.
• cost: 300 yen club fee, share for gas (drivers and children are free)

We start walking around 10:00 and have a break for lunch at the top then start walking down to the temple. We can enjoy a beautiful garden, small animals and peacocks for a while there before heading back to Tsukuba. If we have more than two cars, driver can pick you up at the parking of the temple. (or by walk /bus to the parking also available depend on the bus schedule)
