Summer Party

We will be holding our annual Summer Party again this year!

Participation is free, and the event will be a potluck party.
No application is required.
Family members, friends, and even non-hikers are all welcome to join.

Time: 11:30 – 14:30
(Please help clean up and vacate the venue by 15:00.)
Location:Sakura-Minkaen （さくら民家園）within Chuo-koen park（中央公園内）

The event will be held indoors and will take place regardless of the weather.

Sakura Minkaen is a traditional Japanese house from the Edo period that was relocated to this site.
This is the same venue used for the 2025 Summer Party.
There is no dedicated parking or bicycle parking available. Please use nearby paid parking facilities.

What to bring:

• A dish to share with others (please take appropriate precautions to prevent food poisoning)
• Soft drinks(Alcohol is prohibited within Sakura Minkaen.)
• Your own plate, cup, chopsticks, and cutlery
• Insect repellent (recommended)
• Please take trash home with you

• Open flames and cooking are prohibited.
• Exercise activities (including stretching and yoga) are prohibited.
• Please do not touch the exhibits.
• Eating and drinking are permitted, but alcohol is prohibited.
• Breaking tree branches or picking plants is prohibited.
• Pets, sports equipment, and activities such as running around or playing catch are prohibited.
• Users may be charged for repairs if facilities are damaged.
• Playing musical instruments is permitted.
